Reelo, paylaştığınız ekran görüntüsü, bağlantı veya açıklama metninden hangi film ya da dizinin söz konusu olduğunu bulur. Bulduğu sonucu kitaplığınıza kaydedebilir, isterseniz diğer kullanıcılarla paylaşabilirsiniz.

Reelo şunları toplamaz, çünkü uygulamada bunlar yoktur:

"Do Not Track" sinyali. Tarayıcıların "Do Not Track" (izleme yapma) sinyaline yanıt vermiyoruz; ancak zaten reklam veya çapraz-site izleme amacıyla üçüncü taraf çerezi ya da piksel etiketi kullanmıyoruz.

3.1 Hesabınız

E-posta adresi · parola (şifrelenmiş saklanır) · Apple veya Google ile girdiyseniz oradan gelen ad ve profil fotoğrafı · seçtiğiniz kullanıcı adı · yazarsanız biyografi.

3.2 Kullanırken oluşanlar

Tespit geçmişi (bağlantı, platform, bulunan başlık, tür, güven değeri, zaman) · kitaplığınız, izleme listeniz ve listeleriniz · verdiğiniz puanlar ve yazdığınız mikro-incelemeler · oyun verisi (hunt'lar, tahminler, günlük reel sonuçları, oda kaydırmaları).

3.3 Sosyal katman

Takip ettikleriniz ve takipçileriniz · engellediğiniz hesaplar · beğeni ve tepkileriniz · yorumlarınız · açtığınız şikâyet kayıtları.

Zevk eşleşmesi. Karşılıklı takipleştiğiniz biriyle bir "zevk eşleşmesi" gösterebiliriz: ortak favorileriniz, ortak izlediğiniz ve izleme listenizde ortak olan yapımlar ile bunlardan hesaplanan bir yakınlık skoru. Skor, siz bu ekranı açtığınızda iki kitaplıktan hesaplanır ve ayrıca saklanmaz. Karşılıklı takip yoksa bu ekran boş kalır. Karşı tarafın paylaşmadığını seçtiği kategoriler hesaba hiç katılmaz; puanlarını paylaşmayan biri için puanlar gösterilmez ve puana dayalı bir uyum skoru üretmeyiz.

Community. Community, takip etmediğiniz kişilerin de gördüğü genel akıştır. Varsayılan olarak Community'ye hiçbir şey gitmez. Bir etkinliğin orada görünmesi için üç şey birden gerekir: Community görünürlüğünü açmış olmanız, o etkinlik türünü takipçilerinize de göstermeyi seçmiş olmanız ve o türü ayrıca Community için seçmiş olmanız. Biri kapalıysa etkinlik yabancılara gösterilmez. Bir etkinlik Community'de görünüyorsa, puanla birlikte yazdığınız inceleme metni de orada görünür.

Davet bağlantısı. Arkadaşlarınızı davet etmek için hesabınıza bağlı, rastgele bir koddan oluşan size özel bir bağlantı (ve QR kodu) oluşturabilirsiniz. Bağlantıyı açan kişiye önce bir onay ekranı gösterilir; kişi "birbirinizi takip edin" düğmesine bastığında sizi takip eder ve siz de onu takip edersiniz. Bu bir takip ilişkisi olduğu için varsayılan paylaşımlarınız (favorileriniz ve puanlarınız) birbirinize görünür. Bağlantıyı bilen herkes aynısını yapabilir; paylaşım ekranından bağlantıyı sıfırlayabilirsiniz, eski bağlantı ve QR çalışmaz, mevcut takipçileriniz etkilenmez. Davet bağlantınız ve davet kabul sayaçlarınız hesabınızla birlikte silinir. Davet sayfasını ziyaret eden herkesin IP adresi, tarayıcı bilgisi ve ziyaret ettiği adres (bağlantıdaki kod dâhil) barındırma sağlayıcımızın erişim günlüklerinde tutulur; sayfa çerez veya izleyici kullanmaz.

3.4 Cihaz ve bağlantı

Cihaz tanımlayıcısı (IDFV) — Apple'ın verdiği, uygulamayı sildiğinizde sıfırlanan kimlik · IP adresi · saat diliminiz · bildirimlere izin verdiyseniz bildirim jetonu.

Bunları ücretsiz kullanım hakkını korumak, kötüye kullanımı önlemek ve bildirim göndermek için kullanırız. Sizi izlemek için kullanmayız.

3.5 Satın alma

Abonelik satın alırsanız Apple'dan gelen işlem kimliği ve ürün bilgisi. Kart bilgisi bize hiç gelmez; ödemeyi Apple alır. Abonelik durumunuzu doğrulamak için kullanıcı kimliğiniz ve Apple'dan gelen satın alma bilgisi, abonelik altyapı sağlayıcımız RevenueCat'e iletilir. RevenueCat'teki kaydınız, hesap silme sonrası da (makbuz devri koruması ve ticari kayıt sebebiyle) saklanabilir.

3.6 Kullanım analitiği

Uygulamanın nasıl kullanıldığını anlamak ve hataları bulmak için sınırlı kullanım olayları, analitik sağlayıcımız PostHog'a (AB bölgesi sunucuları) gönderilir ve hesap kimliğinize bağlanır. Gönderilen olay türleri: giriş yaptıysanız hesap kimliğinizin analitik kimliğinize bağlanması · ilk kurulumun tamamlanması ve "bizi nereden duydunuz" cevabı (hazır seçeneklerden biri; onaydan önce verdiyseniz cevap yalnızca cihazınızda bekler, onay verirseniz bir kez gönderilir, "Şimdi değil" derseniz hiç gönderilmez) · tespitin başlaması, başarılı olması, yedek yola düşmesi ya da başarısız olması (tür ve kaynak türü: bağlantı, ekran görüntüsü ya da metin) · Oscar kota sınırına gelme · ödeme ekranını görme ve ücretsiz/Pro seçimi · widget galerisini açma · Wrapped video oluşturmanın sonucu (başarı ya da hata, takıldığı aşama, süre aralığı ve cihazın ısı durumu: normal, ılık, yüksek ya da kritik). Uygulamanın her olaya otomatik eklediği temel cihaz bilgileri de gider: cihaz modeli, ekran boyutu, dil, saat dilimi, ağ türü (Wi-Fi ya da hücresel) ve uygulama sürümü.

Gönderilmeyenler: yazdığınız sorular, bağlantılar, mesajlar, ekran görüntüleri, film adları, hata metinleri ve ekran kayıtları. Otomatik yakalama ve oturum kaydı kapalıdır. IP adresiniz ve IP adresinizden türetilen konum (ülke, şehir) saklanmaz. Olaylar, sağlayıcının planı gereği en çok 7 yıl saklanır; hesabınızı sildiğinizde analitik sağlayıcıdaki (PostHog) olaylarınız bizim tarafımızdan ayrıca silinmez; sağlayıcıdaki saklama süresi dolunca silinir. Daha erken silinmesi için reelosupport@stratastudio.app adresine yazabilirsiniz.

Kullanım analitiği yalnızca siz onay verirseniz açılır: uygulama, ilk olay gönderilmeden önce size sorar ve "Şimdi değil" seçeneğiniz vardır; onay vermezseniz hiçbir olay gönderilmez ve hiçbir özellik kısıtlanmaz. Onayınızı Ayarlar → Share usage analytics anahtarından istediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz; kapattığınızda olay gönderimi durur. Hukuki dayanak: açık rızanız. Bu veriyi sizi izlemek ya da reklam göstermek için kullanmayız.

Bu, Reelo'nun çekirdek işlevi olduğu için ayrı başlık altında anlatıyoruz.

Ne oluyor: Bir ekran görüntüsü seçtiğinizde veya bağlantı paylaştığınızda, bu içerik sunucumuza gönderilir ve oradan analiz için Google Gemini'ye iletilir. Aynı yolla, Oscar'a yazdığınız mesajlar (o sohbetteki önceki mesajlarınızla birlikte) ve başlangıçta öneri almak için beğendiğiniz yapımların adı ve yılı da Gemini'ye gönderilir.

Ne olmuyor:

• Görsel bizim sunucularımızda saklanmaz. Bellekte işlenir, iletilir ve istek bittiğinde düşer. Görsel deposu kullanmıyoruz.
• Fotoğraf kitaplığınızı taramıyoruz. Yalnızca tek tek seçtiğiniz görselleri görürüz.
• Google, gönderileni ürünlerini geliştirmek veya yapay zekâ modellerini eğitmek için kullanmaz — bunun tek istisnası, kötüye kullanım denetiminin kendi sınıflandırma mekanizmasıdır. Google'ın ücretli API katmanını kullanıyoruz ve bu katmanın şartları bunu açıkça söyler.

Google tarafında ne oluyor: Google, gönderilen içeriği kötüye kullanımı tespit etmek ve hukuken gerekli olduğu hâllerde ifşa etmek için en fazla 55 gün kaydeder. Bu süre Google'ın kendi belgesinde yazılıdır.

Bu 55 gün içinde bir içerik kötüye kullanım şüphesiyle işaretlenirse, Google'ın yetkili personeli içeriğe bakıp sınıflandırmayı doğrulayabilir veya düzeltebilir. Bu süre ve bu erişim Google'ın beyanıdır, bizim taahhüdümüz değildir; Google belgesini değiştirirse süre de değişir.

Bağlantı paylaştığınızda ek olarak: bağlantının içeriğini okuyabilmek için o adres, §5'te listelenen içerik okuma servislerine iletilir. Bu servisler yalnızca bağlantı adresini alır; kimliğinizi veya cihaz bilginizi almaz.

Bu analiz için ayrıca izniniz sorulmaz. Tespit, Reelo'nun çekirdek işlevidir; tespit özelliğini kullandığınızda yukarıda anlatılan aktarım gerçekleşir. Bu işlemenin hukuki sebebi açık rıza değil, hizmetin sunulmasıdır (sözleşmenin ifası) — bu yüzden açılıp kapatılabilen ayrı bir anahtarı yoktur.

Sizin kontrolünüz: Fotoğraf erişimini iOS Ayarlar → Reelo'dan dilediğiniz an kaldırabilirsiniz. Yapay zekâ analizinin ayrıca kapatılabilen bir ayarı yoktur; analizi durdurmak isterseniz tespit özelliğini kullanmayı bırakabilir veya hesabınızı silebilirsiniz (bkz. bölüm 7).

⚠️ Sunucumuz Google Cloud Run üzerinde çalışır; bölge: us-central1 (test ve üretim).

Hizmet sağlayıcı seçerken, verinizi bu ekte anlatılandan daha az korumayan sağlayıcılarla çalışmamayı gözetiriz ve onlardan bu ekteki sınırlara uymalarını şart koşarız. Bir sağlayıcının bu sınırlara uymadığını tespit edersek kullanımına son veririz.

Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil ile hesabınızı kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Bu işlem profilinizi, geçmişinizi, kitaplığınızı, listelerinizi, sosyal bağlantılarınızı, yorum ve puanlarınızı, oyun verinizi ve Firebase kimlik kaydınızı siler.

Ayarlar → Verilerimi Dışa Aktar ile verilerinizin bir kopyasını alabilirsiniz.

Silmeden sonra kalanlar — dürüst olalım:

• Abonelik makbuzunuz (§6'daki sebeple)
• Başka kullanıcıların sizi engelleme kayıtları — engelledikleri kişiyi tekrar görmemeleri için
• Hesabınızı sildiğimizi gösteren küçük bir kayıt — yalnız hesap kimliğiniz ve silme zamanı. Bu kayıt, aboneliğinizden gelen bir bildirimin hesabınızı yeniden oluşturmasını engeller; yani silmenin kalıcı olmasını sağlar. Makbuzunuzla aynı süre saklanır.

Hesabınızı silmek aboneliğinizi iptal etmez. Reelo Pro aboneliği Apple hesabınıza bağlıdır ve bizim tarafımızdan iptal edilemez. İptal etmezseniz ücretlendirme sürer.

Silmeden önce uygulamadaki Ayarlar → Manage subscription ile iptal etmenizi öneririz; hesabınızı sildikten sonra bu kısayol kaybolur ve iptali Apple üzerinden yapmanız gerekir: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions

Reelo 16 yaş ve üzeri içindir. Bulunduğunuz ülkede geçerli asgari yaş 16'dan yüksekse, o yaşın altındaysanız kullanamazsınız. Bir kullanıcının 16 yaşın altında olduğunu öğrenirsek hesabı kapatır ve verilerini sileriz.

Kaliforniya dâhil ABD'deki kullanıcılar için: kişisel verinizi satmıyoruz ve reklam amacıyla paylaşmıyoruz. Verinize erişme, düzeltme ve silme taleplerinizi reelosupport@stratastudio.app adresine iletebilirsiniz; bulunduğunuz yere bakmaksızın aynı süreci uygularız. Taleplerinizi kullandığınız için size farklı davranmayız.

Reelo identifies which film or series appears in a screenshot, link or description you share. You can save the result to your library and, if you choose, share it with other users.

• ❌ Advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) — there are no ads

• ❌ crash reporting and advertising analytics — none. The app only has the limited usage analytics described in §3.6

"Do Not Track" signals. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals; however, we do not use third-party cookies or pixel tags for advertising or cross-site tracking.

3.1 Your account

email · password (stored hashed) · name and profile photo from Apple or Google sign-in · your username · your bio if you write one.

3.2 Created as you use the app

detection history (link, platform, title found, genre, confidence, timestamp) · library, watchlist and lists · ratings and micro-reviews · game data (hunts, guesses, daily reel results, room swipes).

3.3 Social layer

who you follow and who follows you · accounts you block · likes and reactions · comments · reports you file.

Taste match. For someone you follow and who follows you back, we may show a "taste match": favorites you both have, titles you both watched or both have on your watchlists, and a closeness score calculated from them. The score is calculated from the two libraries when you open that screen and is not stored separately. Without a mutual follow, the screen stays empty. Categories the other person has chosen not to share are not counted at all; if they do not share ratings, ratings are not shown and we do not produce a rating-based agreement score.

Community. Community is the public feed that people you do not follow can also see. By default nothing goes to Community. For an activity to appear there, three things must all be true: you have turned Community visibility on, you have chosen to show that type of activity to your followers, and you have separately chosen that type for Community. If any one is off, the activity is not shown to strangers. If an activity does appear in Community, the review text you wrote with a rating appears there too.

Invite link. To invite friends you can create a personal link (and QR code) made of a random code tied to your account. Whoever opens the link first sees a confirmation screen; when they tap "follow each other", they follow you and you follow them. Because this is a follow relationship, your default shares (your favorites and ratings) become visible to each other. Anyone who has the link can do the same; you can reset the link from the share screen, after which the old link and QR stop working and people who already follow you are not affected. Your invite link and invite-acceptance counters are deleted together with your account. Visits to the invite page leave the visitor's IP address, browser details and the address visited (including the code in the link) in our hosting provider's access logs; the page uses no cookies or trackers.

3.4 Device and connection

device identifier (IDFV), an Apple-provided id that resets when you delete the app · IP address · time zone · notification token if you allow notifications. Used to protect the free allowance, prevent abuse and deliver notifications. Not used to track you.

3.5 Purchases

Apple's transaction id and product information. Card details never reach us; Apple handles payment. To verify your subscription status, your user ID and the purchase information from Apple are sent to RevenueCat, our subscription infrastructure provider. Your record at RevenueCat may be kept after account deletion (purchase-transfer protection and commercial records).

3.6 Usage analytics

To understand how the app is used and to find bugs, limited usage events are sent to our analytics provider PostHog (EU region servers) and linked to your account ID. The event types: linking your account ID to your analytics ID if you are signed in · finishing first-run setup and the "how did you hear about us" answer (one of a fixed set of choices; if you gave it before agreeing, it waits only on your device and is sent once if you agree, never if you choose "Not now") · a detection starting, succeeding, falling back or failing (its type and source type: link, screenshot or text) · hitting the Oscar quota limit · seeing the paywall and choosing free or Pro · opening the widget gallery · the result of making a Wrapped video (success or error, the stage where it stopped, a duration range and the device's heat state: nominal, fair, serious or critical). Basic device details that the app adds automatically to every event are also sent: device model, screen size, language, time zone, network type (Wi-Fi or cellular) and app version.

Not sent: the questions you type, links, messages, screenshots, film titles, error text and screen recordings. Automatic capture and session recording are off. Your IP address and the location derived from it (country, city) are not stored. Events are kept for up to 7 years, as set by the provider's plan; when you delete your account, your events at our analytics provider (PostHog) are not separately deleted by us; they are removed when the retention period ends. To have them deleted earlier, write to reelosupport@stratastudio.app.

Usage analytics is turned on only if you agree: the app asks before any event is sent and offers "Not now"; if you do not agree, no event is sent and no feature is limited. You can withdraw your consent at any time under Settings → Share usage analytics; once off, nothing is sent. Legal basis: your explicit consent. We do not use this data to track you or to show ads.

What happens: when you pick a screenshot or share a link, it goes to our server and from there to Google Gemini for analysis. The same way, the messages you write to Oscar (together with the earlier messages of that chat) and, when you set up recommendations at the start, the title and year of the films you like are also sent to Gemini.

What does not happen:

• The image is not stored on our servers — processed in memory, forwarded, gone when the request ends.
• We do not scan your photo library — only the images you pick.
• Google does not use it to improve its products or train its AI models — the only exception is the classification mechanism of its own abuse review. We use Google's paid API tier, whose terms state this explicitly.

On Google's side: Google keeps what is sent for up to 55 days, to detect abuse and to disclose where legally required. This period is stated in Google's own documentation.

If content is flagged as possible abuse within those 55 days, authorized Google employees may look at it to confirm or correct the classification. That period and that access are Google's statements, not our commitment; if Google changes its documentation, the period changes with it.

When you share a link, the address is passed to the content-reading services in §5 so the page can be read. They receive only the address — not your identity or device.

We do not ask for separate permission for this analysis. Detection is Reelo's core function; using it performs the transfer described above. The legal basis for this processing is not consent but provision of the service (performance of the contract) — which is why there is no separate on/off switch for it.

Your control: you can revoke photo access any time in iOS Settings → Reelo. There is no separate switch for the AI analysis; to stop it you can stop using detection or delete your account (see section 7).

⚠️ Our servers run on Google Cloud Run; region: us-central1 (test and production).

When we choose service providers, we require them to protect your data to no lesser standard than this annex describes, and to honour the limits set out here. If we find that a provider does not meet those limits, we stop using them.

Settings → Delete Account permanently deletes your profile, history, library, lists, social connections, comments and ratings, game data and your Firebase identity record. Settings → Export My Data gives you a copy.

What remains after deletion — honestly: your subscription receipt (see §6), and other users' records of having blocked you, so they do not see you again; and a small record that we deleted your account — only your account identifier and the time. It prevents a notification from your subscription re-creating the account, so your deletion stays permanent. It is kept for as long as your receipt.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Reelo Pro is tied to your Apple account and we cannot cancel it for you. If you do not cancel, billing continues.

We recommend cancelling before you delete, using Settings → Manage subscription in the app; once your account is deleted that shortcut is gone and you will need to cancel through Apple at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions

Reelo is for ages 16 and above. If the minimum age in your country is higher than 16, you may not use it below that age. If we learn that a user is under 16, we close the account and delete its data.

For users in the United States, including California: we do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. You can send requests to access, correct or delete your data to reelosupport@stratastudio.app; we apply the same process regardless of where you live. We do not treat you differently for making a request.
